Eshana De Silva, educated at Royal College of Colombo, is the Co-Founder and Chairman of ESNA Group of Companies.
Eshana is a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across banking, energy, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, and international trade. As Chairman of the Esna Group, he has led the growth of a diversified portfolio of companies, contributing significantly to Sri Lanka’s economic development and international partnerships.
Previously, he served as Chairman of National Development Bank PLC and Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, both of which are listed banks in Sri Lanka. In these roles, he focused on strengthening governance, driving innovation, and expanding market presence.
Eshana’s academic journey includes an Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches, Switzerland. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom Association of
Professionals. Additionally, Eshana is a member of YPO.

Shahen is a well-known personality in the Sri Lankan Hospitality context. With almost 20 years in the travel and tourism industry,
being a true ambassador to Sri Lanka and The Maldives, he has spearheaded operations for thousands of clients to visit these
tropical islands.
